long will First Class International Mail take to deliver? |

First Class International Mail Packages are usually delivered within
1 to 3 weeks. However in few cases this shipping method can take as long
as 4 to 5 weeks due to custom clearance and other delaying factors.

| Yes, All international
packages shipped by Top One International Corp is insured against loss or
damage. |
| It
Has Been Weeks But The Tracking # Still Shows That The Package Is In USA? |
| This is one of the most
frequently asked questions we get. First Class international Mail Tracking
usually only shows the Departure scan and the Delivery scan
and nothing in between. If the package was scanned in USA weeks ago and
nothing has shown since then this does not mean the package is still in
USA, It simply means that the last time the package was scanned was in USA
and nothing else will probably show until the package is delivered. |

Could Be Delaying The Delivery of My Package? |
| As explained above most
First Class International Mail packages are delivered in 1 to 3 weeks but
in few cases this shipping method can take up to 4 to 5 weeks to deliver.
One of the most common reason for long delay in delivery can be due to Custom
Clearance. Depending on your country custom clearance can take as little
as one day or as long as few weeks when the package reaches your country. |

has been 30 days and I still don't have my package? |
| As explained above
First Class International Mail packages can some times take up to 4 to 5
weeks to deliver but if it has been 30 days and you still have not received
your package we Recommend contacting your local post to see if they have
any information on your package. In many cases customers have retrieved
their packages by picking it up from their local post office. In many cases
local post will not leave the package at the door if no one is home to accept
the package. There also has been many cases that the delivery notice has
not been left at the door. |
| When
Is An International Package Considered Lost? |
| USPS (United States
Postal Service) will consider an international package lost if its not delivered in 45
days from the shipping date (60 Days for Spain & Italy). |
| Do
a Lot of International Packages Get Lost? |
| No, We ship thousands
of international packages every month and sooner or latter every package
gets delivered. Very few packages actually get lost, in which case
we claim the insurance and either refund the customer or reship the package. |
